Friday night prior to competition in 2005 has been secured at Kedron Wavell - some form of Concert is being planned for this night.
Question was raised as to whether numbers going through to the semi finals from various sections should be apportioned to the number in each section - it is reasonable that out of 18 contestants 8 are taken to the semis and in another section with 38 only 8 are taken as well. - Decided that Clubs should have some input regarding this.

Carolyn Walters - Age Division - to be dealt with in the February Forum
Sound - good but a couple of incidents where commented on where the music overpowered the singer.
Kylie Adams - Group section - could it be scheduled differently in the programme - it was by far the hardest section to control in respect of making sure the competitors were backstage when required - will consider.
Marshall sheets for the semis to be created the same as the heats.
Kylie congratulated all those who assisted back stage during the weekend for their hard work- Sonic, Luke, Brett, Brian, Alan
