Song writing entries for Champion of Champions will close on the 2nd October
All entries must be accompanied by three copies of the Lyrics. and the song put on C.D. please.
Those people with two or more winning songs are able to put them onto one cd disc (plus three copies of lyrics for each song)

As Champs is being held earlier this year, those placegetters who find they are unable to appear at the event, from festivals too close to Champs will be automatically invited to attend next year's event.

The Gympie Muster Champion of Champions four showcases were a great success despite the rain and the Muster Mud.
Two Showcases were on Main stage and two at the Muster Club.
Karrie Hayward, The O'Donnells, The O'Donoghues, Michael Cole, Adi Burgess, Ryan Sampson, Stephanie Ward-Wrigley, Judah Kelly, Jesse Davis, Jenny Cole and Damien Agius made up our time when one of our artists could not attend on the last day at the Muster Club, and last year's Champion of Champion Tommy Contor who brought his band down from Mackay with him.
Thanks to the band for supporting many of our artists during the week. Jay Silvester, Steve Quinn, Russell Van der Bosch, Kerry Armstrong and Riann
Everybody was absolutely amazing, they were very well accepted by the huge crowds at the venues.
The younger artists were so excited with those chances to perform on Main Stage and the Muster Club.

Capricorn District CMC will hold their Festival on the 2nd 3rd AND 4th September
Acma Festival at Yandina will hold their event on the 8th and 9th October
Redcliffe will be celebrating their 30th Anniversary Festival on the 17th and 18th September
Tambourine Mountain Show Society will host their Show and Talent Quest on the 24th and 25th September.
